TJA1043T Isolation system reference design

Hi ，I want to use CAN with wake up all the way and CHOOSE TJA1043T, but my system is an isolation system and adopts optical coupling isolation. I would like to ask how to deal with the power supply of THE Vio pins of TJA1043.  Is it connected to the VCC?  Is there a TJA1043 isolation design for reference?  Thank you very much!

TJA1043 can't get the ground isolation between RX/TX and CANH/L.

You can select TJA1052I for isolation application.
