Software open error

I installed s32ds software. But when I try to open this software again, jump out an error dialog window, the detail content is"An error has occurred. See the log file null"

I have two questions. One is why this error dialog window, and the second is where could I find out the log file.

   Simply close the IDE and delete the .metadata folder and open it again select as same as work space path. It will work.  

And "improper closing" issue is fixed by before your IDE, Close all projects in the IDE or after close IDE wait all process are done in task manager.

Que #1: why this error dialog window?

Ans #1: Your metadata file corrupted. It happen by more reason I personally faced by improper closing of software.

Que #2: where could I find out the log file?

Ans #2: In your S32DS workspace "..\workspaceS32DS.3.4\.metadata\.log"

How could I solve the "improper closing" issue?

The error log file saved at 15:27, but When I try to open software again and again, the error log cannot update, the time is always 15:27.
