SC16IS760 maximum baud rate

Dear Sir/Madam,

Based on the datasheet of SC16IS760, it states that the maximum baud rate this part can generate is 5 Mbps. 

Also, from the datasheet I can see that the baud rate can be generated from the external crystal. I am wondering if there is a maximum crystal frequency that SC16IS760 can interface with? Would it work well with a 32 MHz crystal, just for example?

Another question on the load capacitance for the crystal. In figure 16, it shows that the two load capacitors used are different in the capacitance. However, in the past I typically see crystals with two capacitors with equivalent value.

Any particular reason to use two different capacitors in figure 16? Thanks!
