S32R274 cannot enter stop0 mode

The chip S32R274 can enter run0 mode from DRUN mode successfully, but can not enter stop0 mode then.

I tried it without debugger. In DRUN mode the current is 213mA. When ithe chip tried to enter stop0 mode, the current is 155mA, which I don't think it works in stop0 mode.

This looks like some clock sources are active, before execution of mode transition to stop mode.

Unfortunately I do not have at Home Office this micro at this moment.

I have ordered it and as soon as it arrive I will write test code and test it.

Your code looks correct to me.

What happen if you execute the STOP0 mode transition.

Is it stuck at while loop waiting for MTRANS to finish) or does it pass?
