Complex Zin impedance for gate, complex Zout impedance for source at 100 MHz

S-parameters and high power nonlinear models for ADS and AWR tools are provided on the device product page:

ADS load-pull simulation gives the following impedances at 100MHz, Idq=100mA:

 Zload=1.68+j*2.95
 Zsource=2.74+j*6.84
