RF LDMOS power amplifiers

Please share the power-up sequence to turn ON RF and the power-down sequence to turn OFF RF for the following RF LDMOS power amplifiers, along with any testing manual or application note:

Good day!

Below I share the following steps, listing them in a more general way so that you can use them as a guide on the different devices in our family.

Startup Sequence:

1. Ensure all supplies are at 0V.
2. Gate bias OFF: Ensure gate voltage near –6 V to keep device in cutoff.
3. Turn on the 48V drain supply.
4. Apply 8V to the regulator input.
5. Apply RF signal.

Power-down Sequence:

1. Remove RF signal
2. Return to -6V to turn off
3. Ramp down Vdd to 0 V.
4. Ensure all supplies are at 0V.

Unfortunately, we don't have application notes that cover this in more detail. The only documentation we have is available on our official website. We apologize for the inconvenience.
