I plan to use PTN3460BS as 1 lane DP link. In this situation, how can I treat DP1_P(pin=7) and DP1_N(pin=8)? Is there OK to treat DP1_P and DP1_N as floating?

Dear Keita,
yes, if you want to use only 1-lane, then the unused pins DP1_P(pin=7) and DP1_N(pin=8) should be left floating. I have found an answer in older cases, where another customer asked very same question. Application engineer's answer below.
Q2) When using DP 1lane (# 4,5 DP0_P / N), is it okay to process the empty terminals (# 7,8 DP1_P / N) with ""Open""?"
[A] It is OK to leave DP1_P/DP1_N pins open when using only one DP lane in application (only connect DP0_P/DP0_N pins in application).
With Best Regards,
Jozef
