I am going to drive PSSI2021SAY with a PWM signal to the IN/OUT of the above drawing, want to know its transient response. where can I find transient response like most of the LDO chip.
can I use a MOS-FET to replace PDTC124XU, with this resistor-equipped transistor affect the value of Rext and output current.
