PN7362 programming issue

When we program your chip PN736X PN7362, it show information as the following picture

Please tell us what is the function of the circled command ? 

And help confirm whether the "Unknown command" will affect the programming.

The circled command is commented out.

Is it correct we can say the command is wrote by Pegatron and we need to ask them how the command work?
