I wonder which INport of PCA9701 is MSB and which INport is LSB. Datasheet says nothing about that, pls advice. Maybe INport 15 is MSB but that is'nt written in the datasheet.

Your assumption is correct, IN15 corresponds to MSB, IN0 to LSB.
