OTP refresh sequence

Hi,

I am trying to understand what is the correct sequence to initiate an OTP refresh for PCA2131 product.

Based on the current datasheet, I understand that the sequence shall be like:

During a POR, set OTPR bit = 0, set OTPR bit = 1, wait 100ms (polling on value to see if it was set to 1), break out of the polling in case OTPR bit was set to 1.

Can someone explain if this is correct?

Hi Abyo,

your process is correct, however please make sure the oscillator is stable before you start the OTP refresh. Please check on the CLKOUT pin if the oscillator is stable before you start the OTP refresh process. 

Also please note, that the VDD>1.8V and the rising speed must be minimally 2V/100ms.
