Hi Sir/Mdm,
I was looking at the NXP NX3P1108UK Logic controlled high-side power switch.
and i had some question as below.
I didn’t see any restriction about if EN voltage can be higher than Vin voltage or not.
There are two conditions in my current design.
- Vin=1.2V, EN=2.5V
- Vin=1.2V, EN=3.3V
Could you please help to check if above condition are workable for this IC?
And tell me if there’s any restriction related to Vin and EN pin which is not clarified in spec.
