Hi Team,
I am planning to use MW7IC915NT1 device in one of my design and planning to operate in 1025 - 1150 MHz to replace obsolete MHVIC915R2 device.
I didn't find input and output impedance information form datasheet in the band of 1025 - 1150 MHz, would you please share the impedance details of the same.
Also I tried to simulate the model in AWR and I'm able to do simulate to certain level and would like to EM simulation, but I found that model is not linked with EM structure (no device cell attached to AWR model), would you please provide correct AWR model with device cell (footprint)
