We have this schematic that we obtained from your documentation. However, the amplifier does not start; moreover, it pulls down the DC/DC converter. Could you help us with this?

Power down also I connected to +5V, but without result.

Hello,

What frequency are you working with?

In all the datasheet configurations I’ve reviewed, I did not see this setup::

Please note that pin 7, 8 and 9 these leads are connected by wire bonds to the common pad on the die. So, they are electrically tied together. However, each wire bond introduces some inductance. On the evaluation board, one pin is used for DC bias to separate RF path from DC bias. Doing that may increase VBW of the circuit. It is not mandatory to separate connections. Though, i suggest to follow reference design.

In addition, datasheet Table 3 provides Power Down Current as the current through the PDC pin. PDC uses negative logic if this pin is connected to 0V to 1.0 V the amplifier is ON, if this pin is connected to 1.4 to 2.0V the amplifier is OFF. Please do not exceed the maximum ratings specified in the datasheet.

Hope this helps.
