MFS5600AMBA0ES in-line program interface

I will use MFS5600AMBA0ES and MC33PF8200DEES in a project. MC33PF8200DEES has an in-line program interface as shown below. But I have not come across such an interface for MFS5600AMBA0ES. Which pins should I use to program MFS5600AMBA0ES permanently?
