Hi,
As you know that the DSP56F807 was released at 2000 year, it is very old.
You have to get a PC with parallel port based on Windows XP OS or DOS system, use a Wiggler as command converter which can communicate between PC 25 pins parallel port and JTAG port on DSP56F807 PCB.
The tools is flash_over_jtaf.exe, I attach the tools and user guide.
