I can successfully use the Redboot bootloader file redboot_mx21_rev2.bin included in the Freescale Linux Redboot BSP (Release 200440) to boot up my M9328MX21ADS board. However if I use Cygwin and eCos to rebuild a bootloader .bin file using exactly the source code provided in this BSP release and download it to my board, my i.MX21 does not boot up. Does anyone have any idea why? Thanks.

There are two .bin files in that release:

redboot_mx21_rev1_1.bin
redboot_mx21_rev2.bin

A similar question is that how I can rebuild these two .bin files using the source code provided in the release package? What configurations, options or settings I need to change in order to rebuild them? Thanks.
