Junction temp in MPC8378

I notice 125C degree shown in MPC8378_EEC sheet, however the other devices only up to 105C degree, e.g. MPC8360, MPC8313.

i am wondering how freescale achieve this higher temp or maybe wrong words?

The HW spec is correct. Some of the devices are qual'ed up to 125C. This is common for Freescale's automotive parts, and up to now, only a few of the networking parts.
