Is TDF8546ATH/N1ZJ replaceable with TDF8546TH/N2Z?

I would like to know if TDF8546ATH/N1ZJ is replaceable with TDF8546TH/N2Z.

is it okay to apply TDF8546ATH/N1ZJ? 

according to the datasheet, it says redesign. Please help confirm.

original usage : TDF8546TH/N2Z

NEW SUGGESTION : TDF8546ATH/N1ZJ

+ Can I know what is N1 / N2 / Z meaning?

I think Z / J means T&R. can you check is this right?

N1Z or N2Z is the fab differentiator
