How to install service pack for RAPPID?

I have downloaded the demo RAppID and it comes with "com.freescale.RAppIDSuite.MPC5748G_Full.updatesite.v1.0.0.FSL_140408". It states there are instructions in the PEXRAPPIDINSTALLUG.pdf however I do not find them. I've searched the help and come up with nothing, any ideas?

I have found the issue, the file in the download is named "PEXRAPPIDINSTALLUG.pdf" but is really the "Getting Started Guide" and does not have installation instructions. Request the actual PEXRAPPIDINSTALLUG.pdf document from Freescale.

To install the update, please:

1. Click Help menu-> Install New Software.... This wizard shows you the items that are available for installation.
2. Click on <Add> button, then on the next dialogue window, click on ‘Achieve’, and browse to the location for the update file “com.freescale.RAppIDSuite.MPC5748G_Full.updatesite.v1.0.0.FSL_140408.zip”, then click on ‘OK’.

3) Select the update and uncheck the option ‘Contact all update sites during install to find required software’, then click on ‘Next’.

4) Follow the instructions in the installing and select ‘I accept the terms of the license agreement’ to install software.

5) After installing software, user will be asked to restart the RappID, click on ‘Yes’ button to restart.
