Dear Jing Wang;

  I guess this problem is associated the missing of "Freescale Kinetis OSJTAG Drivers V1.20". So I recommed !@ you to install it, from the webpage http://www.keil.com/download/docs/408.asp

  The driver "  FslKinetisDriversV120.EXE" is necessary to be installed on your PC.

  Read and follow STEP BY STEP the procedure for those documents, they will help to correct install and setup of FRDM-KL25Z using Keil IDE.
