I m getting  Fatal error: Failed to read CPUID for Cortex device Session aborted! 

i m using microcontroller MK24FN1M0VLQ12 

workbench -IAR workbench 

 debugger -J-link/J-Trace 

when i burn the code i m getting error   #0 Id: 0x4BA00477, IRLen: 4, IRPrint
