Facing problem while using NX3L4051 as a Demux

Hi,

I am using NX3L4051 as a Demux, in my application there is requirement of input signal coming to input Z is having different groung than IC's ground. While enabling channel 0 (Y0) S1S2S3Ebar=0, but I have observed that there are all channels enables and whatever the input coming to Y0 same coming at all other channels. Please help me to understand that is this happening because of the separate grounds?

Unfortunately the description is not clear. Can you provide connection diagram of the NX3L4051and signal source,  and point out voltage difference between different grounds?
