In the EVB MC33771C with SPI Interface, why 3k and 0.047uF, 2k and 0.1uF LPF has been used in the cell voltage measurement section of the AFE.

No app note for explain this, you can select the filter parameters by doing same test.

Can we change those values or is it fixed to be used with the AFE.
Yes I think you can do that!
So is there any application note just to see what values we can give to LPF at what frequency.
Just for filter out the high frequency noise inside of the battery line.
