First let me recommend you please, explore the possibility of using PN7160, due to the very limited support that we can provide to this product.
PN5321 IC isn't recommended for new designs anymore.

If you are interested in the peer-to-peer mode, please download the Design-in kit file 123110_1 from the Design Files Section and, open AN10394_7 from: …\123110\update CPV42\Documentation. Additional to this I'll recommend you to please check the ISO/IEC 18092 specification.
