Config Tools IMX Network Error cannot fetch processor database

Hello , I m not able to access the processor database selection on Config Tools for my FRDM IMX 93 Board(MIMX9352CVVXMAC processor) because of network error.It is possible to install the SDK offline,a link to the archive will be helpful.The version is Config Tools 26.03.
