Codewarrior Tap connection issues

Hi, iam using LS1046ARDB eval board,

i also have Codewarrior USB TAP, and i have installed Codewarrior Software in the Linux machine,

Now when i have opened Codewarrior and trying to debug the Eval board, it sometimes connects and sometimes it doesn't, it throws the following error in connection diagnostics "failed to connect to locally started codewarrior connection server"

I also have a floating license for codewarrior, and when i have connected the codewarrior usb tap, iam unable to connect to the network and hence unable to fetch the floating license from the server.

Please guide me in sorting above issues

Please open CodeWarrior IDE and check the license from Help->NXP Licenses.

Please invoke CCS console. 

$ sudo Freescale/CW4NET_v2020.06/Common/CCS/bin/ccs

and type the following command to do verification.

% config cc cwtap

% show cc

% source IDcode.tcl

hi, thank you for the reply, that helped in resolving the issue, request to kindly add those instructions/commands in the code warrior tap manual
