TJA1443 transceivers will support data rates up to 1Mbit/s so, bus rise/fall time are typically around 40ns- Whether TJA1443 has slop control to meet ~ 200ns to 500ns of raise/fall time ?

What is the Minimum data rate TJA1443 can support ?

Also, is there any function to calculate the minimum data rate which TJA1443 can support ?

Hi,

The TJA1443 is ISO 11898-2:2016, SAE J2284-1 to SAE J2284-5 and SAE J1939-14 compliant supporting data rates up to 5 Mbit/s.

The minimum data rate is about 25 kbit/s.

In our TJx144x family, we have a variant optimized for use in very low-speed industrial (without TXD dominant time-out function), the TJF1441.

Hello TomasVaverka,

Is there any ASIC can support for the Wake (INH pin) & Slope control or wake and compiled with SAE J1939-11 & SAE J1939-15.

Reason Behind the rise/fall time questing :  ASIC has to compiled with SAE J1939-11 & SAE J1939-15 (250kbps in physical layer) we may face the EMC Imact while using the TJA1443. (Since it is compiled with SAE J1939-14 (500kbps in physical Layer)).

Regards,

Vasanth
