BF862 replacement

Hi, we are designing a pre-amp stage using BF862. However I found that BF862 is nearly being discontinued. The low noise and low input capacitance is our main concern. Can anybody recommend a replacement part for it?

Hi Jie,

I would recommend other devices from the BF86X series which are still active.
