BAP65-05 PSpice simulation model

Hi, 

I wanted to ask you if it is possible to obtain a simulation model for pin diode BAP65-05-215?

It would be really useful for me in order to carry out some simulations on AWR Microwave Office.

Unfortunately, we have no a separate SPICE model file for this part.

There is an encoded spice model available of BAP65-02 in our ADS Design Kit. Please find the ADS Design Kit using the following link:
