I'm not sure the best location to post this question. Please let me know! :smileyhappy:
I'd like use the AFM906N in a design around 140MHz, but NXP is not providing data below 240MHz. In addition, I do not have ADS or AWS, but if NXP or anyone else could provide me with the MET model parameters for the AFM906N so I can simulate in alternative SW, it would be greatly appreciated.
Lastly, does anyone know why NXP will provide a reference DXF but not a schematic?
