Hi,
I'm designing a multistage power amplifier using BLS6G3135-20 and BLS6G3135-120 LDMOS RF Transistors.
I am using Agilent ADS 2016 to simulate and generate the layout of the power amplifier. In order to simulate it, I need the ADS Models for these two transistors. However, the model files (for ADS 2009) which are shown on the website are not downloadable.
It will be of immense help to me if anyone can provide me either with the Model Files for ADS or the S-parameter values
