Hi,
I was going through the datasheet of 74LVC1G14GW part, which reads the Input leakage current as +/-100uA for -40 to +125 degC part and +/-5uA max for -40 to +85 degC part (Page 5 of datasheet). This part comes only in -40 to +125 degC packaging. Is it not clear from the datasheet, so we assume that the leakage current would be limited to 5uA when the device is operated in the temperature range -40 to +85 degC. Please let me know if my assumption is correct, if not please let me know the maximum leakage current for the part?
