What do others say about the issue; TBDML.DLL should be under the LGPL instead of GPL? I started the discussion, but accidentally inside another thread:
TBDML do not support DP256.
Is it legal to change the licencing to LGPL after it was already distributed under GPL?
[Please note that I'm hoping for educated explanations or documented clarifications of the meaning of GPL. I'm not asking how ignorant one can be, claming they "don't see it written" just because they don't know what they're reading.][edit: had forgot to write subject line]
