I got my service package for MC9S12G but however there's no connction option for TBDML?

Codewarrior not longer supports using TBDML with newer targets. It has been replace by the JM60-based OSBDM (Open Source BDM).
You can follow the procedure given at the bottom of the following page to manually add the missing information:
If you are using USBDM (rather that the original TBDML) software then it will be necessary to re-install USBDM to have it do the updates automatically.
