MCX Lab
Empowering hands‑on learning and university innovation.
MCX Lab is a strategic NXP initiative designed to strengthen collaboration with universities and support hands‑on STEM education. The program provides students and educators with access to modern NXP hardware, software and learning resources, enabling practical experience with embedded systems, AI/ML, IoT and edge computing.
At the core of the MCX Lab is the FRDM‑MCX development platform, which allows students to move beyond theory and work directly with technologies used in real‑world applications. Through guided labs, projects and experimentation, students build practical skills while developing a deeper understanding of modern microcontroller‑based systems.
MCX Lab reflects our commitment to learning by doing, innovation through collaboration and long‑term partnerships with academic institutions.
