Thank you, I understand better, but I still cannot read the tag with my phone (tagWritter with samsung s5), the read access key being on 0E, should I do other additional configurations?

Hi kicedric78,

the access rights basically have 3 different meanings:

if  you put 00,01,02,03,04  it means that operation can be done by the key number you select,  for example if you have for read access:04 it means that in order to read that file you need to be authenticated with key 04.

if you put 0E, it means free access, again if you put this for read access, again for example in read access if you put 0E it means you do not need to be authenticated  in order to read the file.

and 0F is the opposite of 0E, 0F means that there is no access.

and they key access set are :

Read,Write, Read/Write, change.

this can be found in section 8.2.3.3 of the DS https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/data-sheet/NT4H2421Gx.pdf

Note, the tag is not detected by my phone, are there other configurations so that the tag can be read by a phone (TagWritter)? I took care to set the right access to 0E and write an NDEF message (text)
