LPC802 pull-ups always active

I am developing a device to measure analogue voltages and so far I am not able to disable the internal pull-ups. I am not able to disable the internal pull-ups and measure always about 50uA leakage facing outside the chip and influencing the ADC measurements. I tried with MCUxpresso to control directly the IOCON registers but it seems nothing changes.

Any idea about a fix?

Could you please provide me more information about your issue? I would like to know if this behavior is present in specific pins or it is in all the pins.

Also, could you please let me know the steps you follow to change the IOCON settings?
