I'm working on processor I.MX 8XL-Dual Core for first time and I'm unable to find the design and layout guidelines in datasheet. Also there is no documents available in NXP website.
Requesting to help me out in finding the Technical reference manual for I.MX 8XL-Dual Core.

For design/layout guidelines, look for "IMX8HWDG" in the documentation section of the page referenced above. Or on nxp.com search box.
