We are trying to run BIST on MPC5777C.
As we noticed , on MPC5777M version there is a register MC_RGM_FES which contains status of functional reset sources and self-test completed status , bit named F_ST_DONE.
ON C version there is no MC_RGM hw module at all. We looked at Reference manual to find register with equivalent information but with no success.
Is there any option on C version to see from running application what is the self-test status after last running BIST procedure?
