Unable to connect dev board to NFC Cockpit

Hi there,

I have been trying to connect my PNEV7462C dev board to NFC Cockpit, but keep getting the same error message. I have tried uninstalling the driver & re-installing, and I have checked that there are no other applications running & connected to the dev board. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Hello,

 The firmware is the correct for the version of cockpit? Please kindly make sure it.

PS: please kindly refer to the document for  the updated firmware.
