Hi,

Would you please help to check as below?

(1) any restriction for the power sequence of VDD(supply voltage 3.3V) and VDDP(DC-DC supply voltage 5V) (2) Will TDA8024TT be broken when VDD is 0V & VDDP is 5V?

Hi, jacky

(1) any restriction for the power sequence of VDD(supply voltage 3.3V) and VDDP(DC-DC supply voltage 5V)

No, there is no restriction. TDA8024 and the microcontroller must use the same VDD supply.

See applicaton diagram in TDA8024 datasheet, please! page 24.

(2) Will TDA8024TT be broken when VDD is 0V & VDDP is 5V?

If VDD is 0v, TDA8024TT can't communicate with microcontorller.
because VDD is for Host I/O, even TDA8024TT's reset pin will be low level,
it means TDA8024TT couldn't work.

Have a nice day!
