SCRTester is not available

I am currently developing a CCID reader on a OM27462CDK development kit and I am using the example phExCcid from the SDK as a starting point. The document UM10915, which explains how this example works, mentions the software SCRTester that can be used to test a CCID reader. Unfortunately, the link provided is unavailable (Page Not Found) and I could not find it in the SDK package.

Does SCRTester still exist? How can I get it? Are there other tools like that for Windows?
