PNEV7220BP1 connection?

Hi NXP  Team

I bought a PEVN7220BPI board,  if i want to use my host to connect with this board. 
How can i do?   i use the wiring  as follows :
  Host SCL <-> (J27 P2)
  Host SDA <-> (J27 P3)
  Host GND <-> (J27 P1)
  power on by USB-C.
  the i2c address = 0x28

I send a I2C waveform to PEVN7220BPI,  but can't find it. 
Can you help me?  thank you.

Please refer Table 1 of UG10068 (https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/user-guide/UG10068.pdf) to connect PNEV7220BP1 with Host correctly.

base on Table 1 of UG10068

  Host SCL <-> (J43 - 19)
  Host SDA <-> (J43 -21)
  Host GND <-> (J43 - 1)
  Host  5V   <-> (J43 - 37)
  power supply via USB-C.
  the i2c address = 0x28

but it is still not work. (i confirm the i2c address is 0x28 as attachment.)
Is there anything else I need to pay attention to?

Besides I2C interface, VEN/IRQ/MODE_SWITCH also needs to be connected your Host.
