PN7462 LPC-Link voltages

Hello,

I want to use the PN7462 for a new design powered by 5V. I try to avoid using a extra 3V3 power supply, because lack of bord space.

I would like to know of the SWDIO and SWDCLK are 5V tolerant.

The same for the DWL_REQ signal, is this 5V tolerant?

I know that many pins of the chip are not 5V tolerant (powered by VPVDD_IN), so I want to be sure.

Best Regards,

Kurt

Hello Kurt,

LPC-LINK only supports 3.3V, not support 5V.  But for PN7462 design, you don't need to add DCDC for 3.3V purpose, "PVDD_OUT" pin of PN7462 can provide 3.3V output for external digital IO. you can get the usage from datasheet.

the 3.3V voltage can be connected to SWD interface.

Have a nice day!
