I attached photo for PN7160 Controller Board file 

 is this right placement ? 

I will use NFC section for data reader/write and payload so this placement is right

Dear Patel, 

The EMC Filter (L13 + C87 and L14+C90) is too far from the PN7160 Tx pins. It may cause EMI issues. 

See the correct EMC filter placement (NXP PN7160 development kit).
