PN5190 lifetime vs operating temperature

Can the PN5190 be run continuously at full power? Some readers with PN5190 show us non-standard behavior - errors in communication with the card, unstable DPC regulation. Readers are used on buses. During operation, the field is always on at full power. The temperature on the chip is in the range of 100-120°C. Readers broken in this way are returned to us after about 1 year of operation. Is the PN5190 built for such operation? Or is it necessary to use LPCD? After replacing the PN5190 with a new one, the reader works correctly again. The problem could also be on the PCB. We use blind vias directly on the soldering pads. But there are no signs of bad soldering on the X-ray. Do you have similar experiences and recommendations with this problem?

Hi

Please refer to PN5190 datasheet. 120 is above the maximum operational temperature
