NTAG 424 DNA StaticFileData at SDM

Hello Community members,

I would like to inquire about "SDMENCFileData" in the SDM part of NTAG 424 DNA.

According to the NTAG 424 DNA datasheet, it states that SDMENCFileData refers to StaticFileData, but I am having trouble understanding what it means.
Would you be able to help me understand?

If it refers to the memory values inside the file, does the offset for this correspond to SDMENCOffset and SDMENCLength?
From my understanding, it represents the position within the NDEF SDM message.

Additionally, regarding the phrase "within the file," does it refer to the values inside the file memory?
