NT3H2111 from RF Detect (Phone)

Hi,

Currently, I use this IC for testing. And on this stage, I can use micro-control through I2C to read/write NT3H2111 in user memory (1 K version), so I implement a function to write NDEF message into user memory, then I use Android phone and turn on NFC and launched "NFC TagInfo by NXP" Application, but the phone cannot detect anything.

So, I want to know 2 questions as following,

1. Does any configuration I need to be set through I2C first?

2. I think even NFC tag has no content, the phone still need to detect the NFC tag, isn't it?

ps. I use same phone to detect other NFC tag product, the phone can detect it, so I think that there has no worry from phone side.

Could the tag be detected before you write the NDEF data into this device via I2C? Please kindly clarify.
