NFC Cockpit not connecting to dev board

I've installed NFC Cockpit v4.7.0 and plugged in my CLRC663 dev board, but it always says "Disconnected" in the upper left. How do I reinstall the drivers, as I'm assuming that's my problem. Any other tips? Thanks.

To clarify, I need to download the MCUXpresso IDE, and use that to flash that binary onto the cockpit hardware? Is that correct?

I can't seem to download the MCUXpresso IDE. See the error message below when I click on "download"
